    Description

    The hat is moderately (= not excessively) worn, with no rips, no holes, no tears. The distressed genuine leather insert on the front has been replaced as shown on detail photo. Laundered and air dried for refreshment: clean, no stains, no odors for long storage. Readily wearable, presentable, collectible.
    We got the hat with an 1937 Gun License pin from Canada's Ontario province (shown on one of the photos) attached, so presumably the hat is from the 1930s as well. The pin is listed separately.
    Marked X-LARGE, does not seem to be shrunk at all, the fit is consistent with the marking. To fit 7 5/8 to 7 3/4 head diameters.
