Vintage Cast Iron Dock Pier Boat Ship Cleat Rope Tie Down Mooring Approx 16 3/4". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Paint is missing from it and there is rust on it. I don't see any cracks in the cast iron. I have not tried to screw any nut onto the threads but at the very least and they may need to be cleaned up or rework in some way 4 nuts to screw onto them. The studs themselves are approximately 5/8 in in diameter.There is a w on the cleat and weather that refers to the manufacturer or not, I do not know but I do not see a name on it anywhere. Please use the pictures that help determine the condition of this item. I am selling this item as is. Paint is missing from it and I do not know if this paint was the original color or not. The end of the studs are not perfectly in line. One of the studs is longer than the other by approximately 1/2 inch
