Field cutlery set of stainless steel as issued to the Swedish Army and almost certainly to the Norwegian Army as well. A spoon, a fork and a knife. The three individual cutlery pieces can be assembled into a bundle by attaching the fork and knife to the spoon, which has two brackets for that particular purpose.
On the knife blade and the shafts of the fork and spoon of these Norstaal made sets are the Three Crowns (Tre Kronor) as found on all Swedish Army equipment!  Sets with all three pieces marked with the crowns and Norstaal name are RARE!
They are a real size knife, fork and spoon - Swedish soldiers run to the large size. The spoon is as big as a table spoon, the fork is hefty, the knife is not sharpened but you can sharpen it if you want to but it might cut you when you put the set together and especially when you take it apart (that's why the knife is not sharpened).
They are not light, they are NOT titanium, they do NOT weigh nothing, they do NOT cost a fortune and they will NOT make you cry when they break because they will NOT break.
Each set weighs about 130 grams or 4.6 ounces, the weight varies a bit by manufacturer. If you hit somebody in the head with a set it will hurt, maybe they will bleed.
They are not plastic, they are not "sporks", whatever the hell that is. They are not green or blue, they are silver like the fine steel they are.
They ARE virtually indestructible, will clean up perfectly every time with soap, water and a Scotchbrite, they will NEVER RUST.  They can be polished to a brilliant shine and even if you manage to somehow really scratch them badly the scratches can be removed with 2000 grit sandpaper and more polish.
Highest quality SWEDISH STEEL, they don't get any better than this, the manufacturer of these particular sets is Norstaal which is a Norwegian company contracted by the Swedes, all Swedish Army issue, the Norstaal made sets I would assume were also issued to the Norwegian Army, perhaps the two armies shared production, all are good.
Norstaal even today makes fine tableware!
