We do not tolerate rude or mean customers either! Be nice to my staff or you will be blocked. We have no problem giving refunds to a polite customer. It is nearly impossible to go threw or watch every item before listing it. So we are aware that items can be sold damaged, without our knowledge. So if this happens just lets us know. In kind manner. And we will fix it.
All orders will be shipped within 5 days of payment. Usually much sooner.
If the post office raises its shipping price we raise ours. It’s that simple.
