Original swedish Stainless Steel Trangia mess set WWII  USED, RARE. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Stamped Gense.
The paint is worn (especially the top pan) and scratched from long-term storage and a dent, on the bottom, see pics.
NC 68 stamped military large brass burner.  Micro cracks on lid, which, don't affect its use and are common on SVEA burners.  The base has heavy patina, see pic.  The burner itself appears to be used or tested.

PLM alcohol storage bottle.
Unstamped windshield with minor scratches/dents from storage/use, USED.
The weld points for the handles on both pots do not have any rust, although the top handle and hinge pin show minor rust (the handle on all of this type are steel, not SS).  The rust does not affect the use of the pot.
The Stainless sets were made 1940-44.
Heavy gauge stainless steel pots.  These don't dent as easily like the Aluminum sets from thinner sets from other countries do.  They are nearly indestructible!
The top pan can be inverted and inserted on the top like a double broiler.
Minor scratches, most paint worn.  Not bad for being about 80 years old!
Gray/Green color, high temp.  As i have read, the mess kits were repainted yearly by the soldier/unit, this has been repainted a minimum of 1 time.
This can be hung over a fire and also fits into the shield for storage/transport.
