It is discounted at 25% off our normal retail price because it has a very small mark on the front.  It looks like some yellowish glue residue that measures about 1/8" diameter.  Not very noticeable at all.  It is an adorable bag!

The U.K. and all other countries have been taking 5-8 weeks.
