NEW NWT Vintage? (2003) Jordan royal blue + black basketball pants - mens XL

This listing is for a new pair of Jordan royal blue & black basketball pants, mens size XL.  The tag says 2003...in clothing, I don't know if that qualifies as vintage or not.  Anyway, these pants have a new price of and are in excellent / new (with tags) condition, but do have a couple of sharpie marks on the size tag.
Our home is smoke free and pet free, but I cannot guarantee that all items have always been in a smoke free and pet free environment.  I am sensitive to smoke smell and will note it when I notice it.  I do try to describe things as well as I can, but please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
