This Balaclava comes in one size. I have a large head and it fits me fine. I had to stretch it out a little to get that right fit.  If I wore a hat it would be a size 7-7/8. So if you have an average size head this should fit you fine. If you have a large head you might have to stretch it some to get that right fit.
