This is an original
Babolat Propulse 4 Giant/Jumbo Collector Edition Andy Roddick Tennis Shoe with the box. These were used for retail locations to advertise the Babolat Propulse 4 court shoe.
The shoe is 20in. x 6in x 7in. and is the left shoe(These shoes only came individually not as a pair)
The box has a tear on the front(seen in pictures)
This obviously has not been worn but does have some yellowing from age
