Nice decorative antique turned Walnut hardwood newel post. The newel post is in a dark destressed varnish finish.  Has a nice large beaded ball top finial. It is a salvaged piece so expect to find nails, nail holes, splits, scuffs and scratches. There is a notch on the bottom.  Overall good solid condition.
