    Nice decorative antique newel post. It is topped with a great ball finial, has fluted sides, nice
    Chamfer
    on the edges and has nice turnings too. Wood is oak and is very solid. There are scratches, scuffs and a 2 1/2" x 9" area that has been dug into / slightly shaved. Please look over the pictures and ask questions when needed. Thanks for looking!
