1880's Walnut Newel Post Vintage Architectural Salvage Staircase

For your consideration, we are offering this newel post that was salvaged from a beautiful farmhouse in Michigan.  Measures 41-3/4 high.  Base measures 5-3/4 on the side where the railing attaches to the newell and other side is 5-1/2, cut to fit the bottom stair.   Would be a great addition to your stairway.   As found, in great condition.  Please write if you have questions.
